- Discounts cannot be combined unless ULLU expressly states otherwise.
5. Orders
- Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed when ULLU issues an order confirmation.
- We may cancel or decline an order where an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurred, payment cannot be verified, or there is suspected fraud or abuse.
- Customers are responsible for checking size, colour, quantity and delivery information before payment.

Delivery times, charges and delivery limitations are governed by the ULLU Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delays caused by couriers, weather, public authorities or other events outside ULLU's reasonable control may occur.
7. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final except for the limited circumstances stated in the ULLU Return & Exchange Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

All ULLU names, logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs and website content are owned by or licensed to ULLU and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without written permission.
